2. What information do we collect?

Umbrella will store the following information about you: name, email address, IP address, anonymous usage log.

Your name and email address may provided by you or the person who invited you. Anonymous usage data related to you are collected automatically by our IT infrastructure.

In the event that your data is compromised, Umbrella will notify you and competent Supervisory Authority(ies) within 1 week by e-mail with information about the extent of the breach, affected data, any impact on the Service and Umbrella's action plan for measures to secure the data and limit any possible detrimental effect on the data subjects.

3. What do we use your information for?

Umbrella will not share this information with anyone, we will use it to give you personalized user experience. We will use anonymous usage data to create statistics for internal use to improve our services.

The site is accessible only via SSL, we never transfer your information over the network without encryption. Our database servers are not publicly accessible. On our servers, passwords are stored in one-way encryption. We are entitled to keep our infrastructure secure.

We may use cookies to improve your user experience or tracking your session. We store user tracking data for technical needs of services, therefore, these tracking data are stored temporarily while the session is alive. We never store tracking data with personal information permanently.

4. Access, data portability, migration, and transfer back assistance

If you want to obtain, modify or have your personal data deleted, please send an email to privacy@umbrella.tv from your registered email address. If you do not accept our privacy policy, we will delete or anonimize your personal data in 14 days.

5. Cooperation

Umbrella will cooperate with you in order to ensure compliance with applicable data protection provisions, e.g. to enable you to effectively guarantee the exercise of data subjects’ rights (right of access, rectification, erasure, blocking, opposition) to manage incidents.

6. Changes to our Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Privacy Policy modification date below.
